With nearly 11 years of continuous sobriety, her recovery was not simply about abstaining from substances. It was about confronting adversity, reclaiming identity, and learning — piece by piece — how to live with intention again.

After the passing of his older brother, Salar's life changed in ways he never expected. Grief has a way of opening your eyes to the realities so many people quietly live with — pain and the feeling of being hopeless and lost with no clear way back.

Faraz has spent his career building things that work — systems, structures, and organizations that actually deliver on what they promise. What drew him to Reign Recovery was not just family loyalty. It was the recognition that the addiction treatment industry, in too many places, was failing the people it was supposed to serve.
He had watched individuals cycle through programs that checked clinical boxes but lacked the human depth to produce lasting change. He knew what it looked like when an organization was built on intention versus one built on accountability. Reign Recovery was a chance to build the latter.
