13. Binding Arbitration
Binding Arbitration — Read Carefully
By using this Website and submitting any form, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or your use of the Website (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as set forth below.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS under their applicable rules, which are available at www.adr.org and www.jamsadr.com, respectively. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted by telephone, video conference, or written submission.
The arbitrator shall have the authority to award the same damages and relief as a court. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) small claims court actions within the jurisdictional limits of that court; or (b) applications for injunctive or other equitable relief related to intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.
14. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND REIGN RECOVERY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Unless both you and Reign Recovery agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this specific paragraph is found unenforceable, then the entirety of the binding arbitration section shall be null and void.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
To the extent any matter is not subject to binding arbitration under Section 13, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the resolution of any such matters.
