HOW IT WORKS
Therapy as the Core of Treatment — Not an Add-On
At Reign Recovery, therapy is not something that happens on the side of treatment. It is the treatment. Clinical programming is structured into every individual's daily schedule from the first day of admission through the final day of discharge — and every therapeutic modality below is delivered as part of that structure by licensed clinical staff.
No two individuals arrive at treatment with the same history, the same clinical needs, or the same recovery goals. A treatment plan that works for one person may be completely wrong for another. This is why personalization is not a feature of our program — it is the foundation of it.
What a Treatment Plan May Include
Depending on clinical need, a personalized treatment plan at Reign Recovery may draw from any combination of the following:
Individual therapy — type and frequency
Group therapy tracks and schedule
Family therapy sessions
CBT skills training
DBT skills training
Trauma-informed clinical practices
MAT — if clinically appropriate
Psychiatric evaluation and monitoring
Holistic therapy integration
12-step facilitation
Aftercare and discharge planning
01. Assessment at Admission
A comprehensive clinical and psychological evaluation at admission identifies substance use history, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma history, and individual treatment goals. Every treatment plan begins here.
02. Personalized Treatment Plan
Drawing from the assessment, the clinical team builds an individualized treatment plan selecting the specific therapeutic modalities most clinically appropriate for that person. No two plans are the same.
03. Ongoing Review & Adjustment
The treatment plan is reviewed and updated regularly throughout the program as the individual progresses, as new clinical information emerges, and as treatment goals evolve. Recovery is not static.
EVIDENCE-BASED THERAPIES
Clinically Validated Therapeutic Approaches
Every evidence-based therapy at Reign Recovery has a substantial body of peer-reviewed research supporting its effectiveness in addiction treatment. These are not experimental approaches — they are the clinical standards recognized by SAMHSA, NIDA, and the broader behavioral health field.
HOLISTIC & INTEGRATIVE THERAPIES
Treating the Whole Person
Clinical evidence-based therapy addresses the mind and behavior. Holistic therapies address the body, the spirit, and the lived experience of recovery. At Reign Recovery, both are integrated into the daily program — because lasting healing is not only clinical.

Personal trauma history and its connection to addiction
Individualized recovery goals

Family Therapy
Structured family sessions with a licensed therapist. Addiction affects the entire family system — healing does too.

When Addiction and Mental Health Co-Occur
SAMHSA identifies integrated dual diagnosis treatment as the clinical standard when both a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health condition are present. All therapeutic modalities at Reign Recovery are delivered with dual diagnosis awareness throughout the entire program — every clinician is trained to identify, document, and treat co-occurring conditions alongside addiction.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Most Insurance Plans Cover Addiction Treatment
Under federal mental health parity laws, insurance providers are required to cover substance use disorder treatment, including medical detox and residential inpatient rehab, at the same level as other medical conditions. Reign Recovery works with all major insurance providers.
